Gli addetti alla preparazione e alla somministrazione del cibo sono tenuti ad un costante aggiornamento, al rispetto delle normative dell’ ATS e a seguire corsi di formazione sulla “Sicurezza Alimentare”.
Alle procedure d’igiene degli alimenti e dei locali della cucina vengono applicate le normative vigenti in materia di preparazione e conservazione dei cibi.
Il menù, ricco nella varietà e bilanciato,è predisposto direttamente dall’ ATS ed è composto da una versione invernale e una estiva.
